For urgent orders, choose next-day delivery at checkout. Order by 4pm Monday–Friday to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Collect your order from a designated pick-up point or have it delivered to a studio, workspace, or preferred location. Select 'Pick-up Point' at checkout, then choose your preferred location after entering your address.

Orders are processed within 1 working day. To ensure same-day processing, place your order by 4pm. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information is provided where available.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is not collected from the pick-up point within 10 days, it will be returned and re-delivery fees may apply. For home delivery, if no one is available, the parcel will be left in a safe place and you assume responsibility for its safe receipt.
