Returns & Issues

Stch & Co. allows returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover those costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or notify you if any deductions apply.
