SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
We sell sewing supplies to students, aspiring designers and all who need them. To shop with us, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a credit or debit card supported by our payment client.

Our Service is pick up only. Pick up occurs at the allocated time and location indicated in your order confirmation. We use set delivery days to make your pick up easier. If you cannot attend your allocated or selected slot please contact us to arrange a new pick up slot.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We will email you if there is an issue with your order. For instance, if there is a delay in delivering your order we will be in touch and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Similarly, if there is a pricing issue or inadvertent error in the information provided about a product, we will also contact you at the earliest to give you correct information, in line with Section 3 and 10 below.

You can return items purchased from our website within 14 days of pick up in exchange for a refund or a credit note. We only accept refund of items in saleable conditions, including with any original packaging we may provide to you.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time. For instance, we may need to refuse or cancel an order, if we notice something unusual or if your order goes against any unit limits. Contact us if you think we may have unfairly blocked your order.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any parts of the Service we offer, including the prices we apply. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Our products are only available online through our website. This means that quantities may be limited and sometimes may be subject to restock. If a product you selected is no longer available or if you would like to order a product that is not specifically listed, please contact us and we will help source the item for you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any input or control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the website is at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
